Aquent Graphics Institute Vouchers
Vouchers provide a convenient way for organizations to maximize their training budgets. Prepaid training vouchers provide discounted training for members of your organization. One voucher is used per day of class training. Two-day classes require two vouchers; three-day classes require three vouchers. Training vouchers can be used at any AGI location for any AGI open-enrollment training class. Without vouchers, the average cost of an AGI class is $345 per day. Vouchers can lower that cost by up to 40%.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Five or more business days in advance, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled without financial penalty; 2-4 business days
in advance, classes may be rescheduled and a $100 penalty will be assessed; 2 business days or less, no cancellation or rescheduling will be permitted. Substitutions are permitted at any time.

- Serialized Vouchers are issued upon receipt of payment.
- Vouchers are valid for 2 years.
- Vouchers are personalized, displaying your organization's name.
- Vouchers are invalid unless signed.
- On class days, vouchers must be presented to instructor at start of class.
- All Vouchers are non-refundable.
- AGI classes are backed by a satisfaction guarantee.
Take as many AGI classes as you want for one year, at any of our locations:
• Take any or all the classes in our current catalog.
• Enroll in any of the non custom classes we present within the year.
• Enroll in any of the update courses for new software versions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Five or more business days in advance, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled without financial penalty; 2-4 business days in advance, classes may be rescheduled without financial penalty, but students will be placed in new class on a stand-by basis only; Less than 2 business days in advance: a $100 penalty will be assessed. Payment is then due before making any future registrations. If there is space in the class, students rescheduled on a stand-by basis will be contacted the morning prior to class. If space is not available, the student must select another stand-by date.
Other Details:
After purchase, you will be provided with your Annual Training Pass ID number. You will need to use this ID number whenever you register for a class.
Annual Training Passes purchased by individuals are non-transferable.
Annual Training Passes purchased by companies are transferable once within the organization. If an Annual Training Pass is transferred, contact AGI to receive a new Annual Training Pass ID number. The Annual Training Pass expiration date will remain unchanged.
Annual Training Passes are valid for one year after your first class day.
All Annual Training Passes are non-refundable.
