There are several UI UX courses available at American Graphics Institute. These teach user interface (ui) tools and design techniques, along with user experience (ux) courses. These courses include:
The UX design principles course serves as the foundation for understanding the broader field of user experience, and it encompasses principles that are important for both UX and UI.
Additionally, the UI UX course focused on creating UI design assets prepares professionals for understanding the role a user interface designer plays in the overall realm of user experience design. This course is available as part of UX Certificate program.
Those working in UI UX roles also need to be proficient with digital design tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator. These tools are widely used for creating specific user interface components along with overall user experience designs, and courses in these topics helps to make certain that UI professionals can quickly and efficiently iterate their designs. Courses in these tools are also available separately, or as part of the overall UX Certificate program.
The mobile UX design course is also part of the UX Design certificate program, and provides insight into mobile UI design as well as UX considerations for mobile devices.
Before enrolling in any UI UX courses, it is important that you understand the differences between UX and UI. While the terms are often used interchangeably, there are significant differences between these two fields. A UI professional is focused primarily on the interface, while UX professionals address broader concerns of usability.
